Hello, I’m Trudy

Founder of Pathways to Blossom

I created Pathways to Blossom to help people and families facing dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, brain tumours, and end-of-life journeys find clarity, comfort, and connection. My work blends personal experience, advocacy, and a heartfelt commitment to making neurological and palliative care more compassionate, practical, and human. Every session is built on kindness, deep listening, and meeting you where you are.

What Makes Pathways to Blossom Different?

Pathways to Blossom is rooted in real life experience, deep compassion, and a belief that everyone deserves dignity, comfort, and hope, no matter the journey. My approach is always person-centred and practical, blending movement, music, and one-to-one support to help you and your loved ones feel seen, supported, and connected.

Love to Move & Singing for the Brain

These unique programmes, delivered in small groups, combine gentle movement and music with conversation and laughter, helping to boost mood, maintain mobility, and create moments of joy and connection. Each session is adapted for the needs of everyone present.

My Expertise

I support people and families living with dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and brain tumours, as well as those seeking palliative care or guidance for cognitive wellbeing. My work also includes movement and music for health, support for families and carers, community outreach, and advocacy and education around brain health and end-of-life care.

The Love to Move sessions bring my mum so much joy, she’s brighter, more alert, and always looks forward to going. It’s made a huge difference to both of us.
